The absence of the invariant measure on the Reimannian manifold (even on a finite-dimentional manifold) reduces to the principle complication in the investigation of boundary problems on them. Nevertheless the author of this topic proposes the method, that have to make possible to obtain the series of interesting results even for the finite-dimentional manifolds. This topic have the extension to the PHD research.
